Our Shipping Services

We use Fedex  Express to ship our isopod orders.  In most cases FedEx guarantees next day arrival at no later than 12:00 local time.  In most cases but there are areas and timeframes this is not able to be met.  Pease understand that everything is up to others once the order is dropped off till it is received is out of our hands.  We will work to ensure any issues that may arise will be communicated and remedied as quick as possible.

Shipping

  • ISOPOD.COM ships all year long but it is at our discretion.  For the safety of your order, a hold for pickup or potentially shipping on different weeks due to weather in your local area can be viable options 

  • Our current shipping days are Monday and Tuesday, unless otherwise indicated.

  • Communication goes a long way.  If you need any sort of exception, please communicate.

  • If, your experience is anything less than expected, please communicate.

Live Arrival Gurantee

REFUNDS

  • Any orders can be cancelled at our discretion and refunded to original payment option.
  • Any order placed can be cancelled within 24 hrs for full refund to original payment option.
  • Orders cancelled after 24hrs will be issued a store credit.

Shipping Expectation

In order to give your new live animal the best possible transit, your order will be packed and dropped off by 8:00 PM EST at the local FedEx hub.  Once your order is scanned in you will receive a email with tracking information.  If you are expecting your order to be ship and didn't receive you tracking information, please check you spam folder.

Service Name

How we pack

Your order will be packed using clean packing materials.  Placed in a styrofoam box.  Depending on the weather a heat/cold pack will be used.

Assurance

I will work with any of our customers to ensure any issues are addressed if any issues arise.

 

All orders carry a LAG with our Express shipping option.

  • To ensure the best possible someone is available to receive/pickup your order at the address provided. 

  • All orders must be picked up within two hours of being notified by email it is available. 

  • Any issues  you new animal that arise should be communicated within an hour of receiving your order.
